Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship most orders the same day as received if they are placed before 12:00 pm CST. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm unless otherwise stated. We do not ship on weekends. Located near Nashville, Tennessee shipping time will vary depending on the distance and shipping method selected. See charts below for estimated ground shipping times.
Route Package Protection
Route Protect is a package protection solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Every order placed through our online store has the option to receive premium package protection and tracking services from Route. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a shipping issue with Route and receive a replacement or be refunded. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route Protect at checkout!
Route is also a platform that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. Whether you’re tracking via the Route App or online, Route’s real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.

We are not responsible for incorrect address entries through our website. If an incorrect address is entered and the package does not arrive, shipping costs will not be refunded. Any additional shipping cost burden will be charged to the customer.
If an address is requested to be changed after shipment is en route, an additional address change fee of $15 may be incurred.
If a package is being shipped outside of the United States or territories of the United States, and USPS is the option that was chosen as a delivery method, please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery and will not be held liable for lost packages.
We are no longer accepting shipments to P.O. boxes.
To contact your local Post Office (not the general 1-800 number) please use the USPS Post Office Locator. Your local Post Office has greater access than we do to track your package, finding its whereabouts if it is delayed or other package-related issues.
Free Shipping Promotion
The “Free Shipping” promotion does have exclusions and all following stipulations must not be infringed in order for free shipping to be awarded; Orders over $499, within the contiguous United States, are eligible for free shipping. The “Free Shipping” promotion cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts (excluding gift cards and store credits). Customers already receiving discounts such as Business to Business partners and Retailers cannot use free shipping.
Flat Rate Shipping Promotion
Flat Rate Shipping promotion does have exclusions and all following stipulations must not be infringed in order for flat rate shipping to be awarded. Flat rate shipping is for orders up to $100 and for shipping addresses within the contiguous United States only. Only for use on orders placed online at wholesale.realmilkpaint.com. This method is shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. By selecting the Flat Rate shipping method, you are granting us the right to choose between these carriers at our discretion to ship your package to you. If you have a preferred carrier, please select the corresponding shipping method with that carrier during checkout.
